I directly got a call from HR. The process took 2 weeks. After telephonic round(it was kind of screening) they call me for in-person interview and spent a day for 5 rounds of interview. Very bad Co-ordination between HR and Interview Panel. HR was absent on that day and he didn't informed me. I was waited for 1 hour and then finally able to reach other HR who supposed to coordinate. Then got to know interview didn't reached yet(after waiting at least 2 hrs). Finally onsite interview start and after 2 rounds , I had lunch and then attend 3 more round. 1st coding round, string search related , 2nd coding+ automation round - api design(basic) UI automation framework(some function in selenium), jsno response parsing, 3rd test strategy and automation - about test methodologies and past projects, 4th round - coding and design by external team , done exceptionally well in this round, the interviewer almost started explaining what I can expect from this team and how my manager will be, like I already got the offer. 5th round - hiring manager: about past experience, projects, strategies, and cultural fits. In this round manager told me whether I am ok with the distance or not. Finally he says I don't have any startup experience as I have experience in big product company only. Seriously !!! But then he says, team already considered this point while shot listing my resume. After spending 8 hours in the office, they say HR will update about the next step. waited for 1 week, call the HR, no response. 1 month later, I am still waiting for an update.

I had 6 rounds of interviews, 4 technical and 2 techno-managerial rounds. All the rounds were very cordial and at the same time very good in-depth discussions. The interviewers were good ambassadors of the company. All the discussions revolved around real world systems design and resolution of issues. Overall, a very positive experience.
