Was selected for an initial review with the recruiter, who was quite rude and didn’t seem to want to be there. She proceeded to degrade my experience, which didn’t make sense because you still selected to speak with me. She apparently had no hesitations by the end, and said I would move on to the next round. She gave me a time and date, the name of the interviewer, and then nothing. No meeting invite. No answers to my emails or messages. They just ghosted me entirely, wondering if I missed my interview. Worst interview experience I’ve ever had, and feels like I dodged a massive bullet. Interview experiences are always a tell for their culture.

Transparent process, made it to final round where I knew there was another candidate. Talent acquisition was responsive and portrayed accurate timelines. Interviews were pretty standard, panel gave an honest representation of what was great about the role and what would be challenging.
