done face-to-face at netflix headquarters. interviewer felt cold and uninterested right from beginning. questions were average, but i could've been better prepared. a little bit of a strange setup since the recruitment team were contractors just renewed yearly for netflix -- at least for my home country. if you're looking for tenure and job security for the long-term, this might not be it.
