First, there was a phone screen with the recruiter, then 6 interviews with different cross-functional partners over 2 days. The recruiter missed the initial phone screen appointment that was scheduled because she "fell behind on her emails." Then, that same recruiter went on vacation after I completed the interview process and it took an additional few weeks to receive an offer. I declined it since I received another offer in the meantime.
