The interview process itself was quick, but from application to Talent/HR first interview was about 2 months, so long I actually forgot I had applied as I assumed I’d not been successful. I was provided the ‘company values book’ so do read up on that. This is a company that prides itself on telling you how it is… My interview with the head of department started 5 mins late and ended 25 mins early, so I assumed his mind was made up. Unsure what his decision was based on, as I was asked NOTHING about my skills, role and duties, but the focus was on what my team would think of me, would they invite me to the pub, what 3 words would they use to describe me. All a bit woolly and pointless to be honest. That said, I’d still love to interview here properly for a role above who I was interviewed by! And ask real questions..
