Entrevista
I was contacted by a recruiter, because I tried to apply for a Java developer position at the company a few years earlier. I sent my CV and the recruiter invited for the interview.
I arrived to company's office at 5:30PM, but the recruiter was late for a few minutes. She explained that the interview will consist of three parts: first will be the talk with her about my experience, then a technical interview and then a talk with management. After that, she invited me to the conference room and we talked about my CV and goals for ~15 minutes. Nothing special, the regular stuff.
Technical interview was basically a few quiz questions and 2 tasks. I tried to solve the questions, but I felt that wasn't prepared, so I failed at them. It wasn't really hard, but the tasks were quite "artificial": for example, in one of them there was given a very limited in functionality black-box component - a calendar, which you need to use to expand it's usage. And this calendar can only tell about holidays in the future, while you need to write a program, which must tell what was a first date before the holiday. It felt like a broken "Post–Turing machine", (which can move only in one direction) and didn't look like a real-life task.
But then something strange started to happen: I was sitting at the conference room and waiting for the next round of the interview, but it turned out that the managers are already left the office. More over, the recruiter is also left the office, so the developer who conducted his part of the interview, had to use his key card to let me out. I've never seen such unprofessional behavior from the HR staff (almost always HRs let out the candidates out of the office and say a few words or at the very least warn, who is the next person, which will take care of the candidate in the office) and it was the same recruiter, who conducted the interview a few years ago during my previous attempt! So, it left me very disappointed.

There were 2 technical rounds both consisted of 1hr 15-20 minutes.
Questions were a bit tricky but overall it was good.
If someone is headstrong and understand the technology properly then questions won't seem difficult.
