Process was quick not much lengthy but feedback process is really disrespectful. I had two rounds of Interview first technical and then HR round. HR told me that I got shortlisted for next round of interview and They will call me on next day for last round. After that no calls no feedback. Even I called up NetCracker's HR to know the status they just told me "I will check and let you know in some time". And again no calls. When anybody comes for Interview in your company pls give him proper feedback. No one matters if it's positive or negative but you should tell them. If you says Will call you then they just keep hoping to receive a call. This kind of behaviour may spoil companies name. As Netcracker is in growing stage in Indian Market. And I think it's name means lot for it.

Good, okayish , nice to work with the team. Know there stuff. Good hr, good managers , nice office . 3 rounds of interview. Campus placements. Coding round then manager round, hr round.
