The interview process was two parts. First one was with a delivery manager. Quite informal chat about the company, the role, my experience and some scenario based questions. Second interview was a bit more formal but still relaxed and involved presenting a training session to a panel. Very positive and professional experience and I look forward to my future with Netcom Training
