Applied through softec got call after a month or so. Interview was very tough as we didnt studied SQA as a subject at bachelors. Asked lots of conceptual questions some analytical and some database questions. Sugested me to go to development side.

I applied online through netsol website. Then I was called for a writing testwhich consisted of 4 parts 20 minutes each followed by interview after clearing the test. Interview was conducted by 3 people.
