An HR rep reached out to me with the opportunity. I had two initial phone interviews before coming for an in-person. They were very accommodating to my schedule. The interviews were very thorough in terms of questions as well as relevant to the position. I got an excellent feel for the company culture and the position expectations. My final interview was on a Friday and the response/offer was the following Monday. So the response/decision making process was prompt.
