5 hours after applying, and meeting the qualifications, I received a copy/paste response that is a direct copy from other companies:

Although your background is impressive, we regret to inform you that we have decided to pursue other candidates for the position at this time. We received an overwhelming response to the Technical Support Engineer position, which makes us feel honored that so many talented individuals, such as yourself, want to join our team. The volume of response makes for an extremely challenging selection process."
Seems like a garbage company that is data farming......

Interview was standard not much surprise I would recommend polishing up on browser debug tools and fiddler prior to the interview to keep those experiences fresh and relevant to the role.

They knew what they wanted and wasted no time asking the important questions. There was no red tape and they were honest and upfront throughout the whole interview process. The process was comprised of an in person interview and a phone call interview. Everyone was friendly and professional the whole way.
