Met with a Recruiter for a phone screen. Not a super engaging conversation, however I was promised a follow-up on next steps. No follow-ups were made and I see the role has been taken offline/filled. Overall poor communication.
Started with a video interview through a third party platform. I was give 1 minute to prep after getting the question before I reordered a 3 minute video. You had the option to re-record once. There were also multiple choice questions and long form questions.

Overall ok - but they have you meet with many levels, lots of interviewing. It was a lot longer then I had thought, especially for this type of position. After being there for many years I realized that this is their culture..
