I had applied at Netapp RTP, NC via their Career site and got a call for the first HR screening round after around one week of my application. The screening round lasted about 15 mins. The HR told me that I would receive a call the next week by the Hiring Manager for a technical interview. I received the call as scheduled and the interview went well with the manager asking me about my past experiences and project work. The half an hour interview almost took about an hour. The manager called me for an onsite by the end of the interview. the onsite interview lasted about 3.50 hours. It had 3 rounds, 2 members of the team interviewing for each round. The members asked me everything from my resume. It went well but later I got a reject saying that they were looking for a person with more experience in the industry.
