I was contacted shortly after sending in my resume through my school's career center website. The first (and final) round for me was going to their campus in Sunnyvale. The day consisted of three interviews with recent hires and Senior Managers. All three interviews were extremely laid back and just touched on my experience and resume. Everyone was really friendly so the atmosphere was not very intimidating.
About two weeks after the interviews I was contacted and told that I did not get the position.

Went through 5 rounds only to be told that the role was being eliminated because they wanted someone with more experience. I wouldn't waste my time going through the interview process because it seems that things like this happen often based on the reviews here. It's disappointing because the interviewers themselves seemed like great people, but NetApp's internal processes and its leadership are lacking.

The people at NetApp were friendly and professional, but the interview process for the role was too lengthy and disorganized. Multiple interviews made the process feel unnecessarily cumbersome. Clearer communication and a more streamlined approach would enhance the candidate experience.
The interview process was seamless, crisp and insightful. The interview was technical in its core and the interviewer was interested to listen to your questions and answered them honestly. And they were receptive of feedback you had as well.
