I interviewed at NetApp back in 2006. At the time, I went through a set of 7 interviews -- the hiring manager, two sales reps, two SEs, the district manager and the regional director. I had to negotiate my base salary to be higher than they initially offered. The people were great, and the culture at NetApp is fantastic.
