I Interviewed at the NetApp first round, interview was cold less about knowing a person more about formality. I didn't get any closure or feedback at all, sent follow-ups but no get back from the people who initially contacted me but after being felt devalued I considered sharing my feedback on the process and they get back to me at my third follow and said we already sent rejection mails already and day was the same day when I was interviewed and after waiting for one month for a reply I found I was just a piece in the process, may the candidate was already selected but I was just invited for process evaluation and hiring notes. With a portfolio and 2 years of experience this was my experience.
