Was given an offer at first and suddenly turned down by the team after 2 weeks of waiting due to the management decision. Downhearted and reluctant to face the truth as this is the dream company I really want to work for. Hope it doesn't happen again to me and also the others🤞

The interviewer had a good way to ask questions without pressuring the candidates. When I was not able to answer that question, they reassured me and gave further explanation about the answer.

From my understanding, how should I apply quality skills in production scale, especially in a factory?
a compliated interveiw process (more than 3 rounds), there is hr call, group interview with other candidates, hiring manger interview; a bit too much i would say i rather go for other company
Phone interview first the an in person interview.
Each taking about an hour. Multiple people in a panel from across all departments. They were all reading from a script. Each person seemed to take a part of the script that they liked and applied questions based on what was on the script.
