Four stages : Aptitude test (logical reasoning, mathematics, nutritional knowledge), HR Round (basic info, experience related questions, why you want to join, relocation possibilities), VP round (formal round). If you have been sent to third round it means you are selected. The next round will be health check up which is usually done on the next day.

The entire process takes about 20- 25 days and it consists of 2 rounds of interviews 1st with HR, then with the area and regional manager, and final round with branch manager they are basically checking your achievements and why would you be willing to take up this job and if you are experienced and coming from competitor companies expect some cross questions regarding your products and conversion techniques being used

The First step was an online test (aptitude test), after that the selected students were called in the Gurgaon based office and there all the students were divided into 2 groups and a group discussion was held. After that the first round of technical interview and then finally the HR interview.
