The first round of interview is all about the behavirour questions by phone, about 15-30 minutes. Try to make a deep impression to recruiters by giving an distinctive introduction. Most in Chinese, only two questions in English to check oral comunication fluency
The second round it group interview, about 6-8 per group. Mutual introduction first, then case study and free discusstion.
The third round is a one-to-one interview with the department director.
