Well my advice would be to know the company well before you appear for an interview. The next best thing to crack the interview would be to stay as honest as possible to the questions that you answer to. You might have to appear for a written test as well which is Multiple Choice Questions based are average as far as difficulty is concerned. Be very positive about the Job you are being offered if you want to crack the interview. Lastly, please remember all professionals in Nestle will judge your goodness as a human being, your honesty & integrity. And also remember, the office culture here could be compared with the Top Most Companies of the world which are already practicing the best work cultures. Best of Luck!
