Initial phone screen followed by a short algorithmic technical test. The interviewer was respectful, friendly, and supportive, and I had a really good experience. Feedback was given upon being told that I wasn't continuing in the hiring process which I highly value and appreciate.

Very positive experience. Phone interview, then technical on site interview. Asked to learn a new language (Elixir) 4 days prior which really put me off and I ended up messing up the technical interview, but other than that it was as good as could be asked for.

Initial 30 minute call which talked about my experience and what was important to me in my next role and company, had a good discussion about values and fully empowered teams.
Next was a longer call which covered more technical topics, they gave me great feedback when I wasn't sure of the answer and I felt I actually learned something from it.
Final step was what they call a trial day, this was working on-site with the team for a day for which they were upfront and told me that they'd not expect anyone to work for free and i'd receive a day rate for the day and they also threw in lunch which was excellent.
I felt the day was well organised and everyone I met was friendly and also honest about what it was like to work there. A mixture of pairing and conversation throughout the day gave me a good feel for what it would be like if I joined. I left feeling tired as it was a long day but I was fully prepared to make a decision on if it was the right place for me.
