Very casual, but thorough. They walked through every aspect of my resume; every job in detail. We tasted coffee and reviewed the product assortment, talked about strategy for the US market, and overall timeline for achieving their goals.

Quick phone call with HR rep followed by a more senior manager. Candidates that move forward are then set up for face-to-face meeting. The position itself was not what I was looking for and the offer was lower than my expectations.
