First a telephonic interview with the EM after which they will leave you hanging for weeks. There is no HR also. After 4-5 weeks they'll contact to ask when can you come for F2F interview. After that again they'll forget you for 2 weeks. In F2F interview also, they'll send some random guy who is himself saying he has no idea about frontend and web technologies and hasn't even seen your resume once. Then they'll just send you back hanging again forever. Very irresponsible and irritating behaviour. Its a barely 6 months old company with hardly 6 people team and they really don't know how to treat candidates nor do they have any value for them.
It was a tech screen, then a hiring manager call, then a 5 hour virtual on site with 5 different engineers of various levels. I wasn't offered the job and they just told me I lacked experience
