The interview process was purely formal and should be given in front of Managing Director (MD), HR Manager, Technical Deputy MD, Senior Technical Officials and representative from government bureaucrat. There was initially a written examination which short-listed the names securing the highest marks.
The interview was in the Central Office and the average waiting time was about half hour as listed.

Entrevista
There was a nationwide written test , then an interview for around 20 minutes. The interview included MD, top personnel, HR manager, Senior Engineers and a representative of Lok sewa aayog,Nepal.
