First stage - Skype interview. Second meeting in Ayr's (Scotland, UK) headquarters. Second stage was one of the worst experiences - two bored interviewers. They weren't interested in personality, why move to Ayr, what is the motivation etc.. As far I know they have quite high staffing fluctuation. I was asked about two different sales positions, both vacancies were available because of formers employees leave. Negative impressions. I rejected these offers the same day.
