Initial inteview was a 15 minute phone call where the recruiter will tell you "we're not sure if were gonna hire for this role but we're still doing interviews anyway" and proceed to waste candidates time. Avoid this company it's a waste of your time. Another typical company putting ghost postings and wasting everyones time
