After phone interview did not receive feedback until over one month later. The admin had not invited me for an onsite interview. The manager checked in if I was still thinking about coming onsite, when I mentioned I had not received an invitation. About 30 minutes later, the admin sent an invitation. I was flown out for an onsite, the staff were unprepared and disorganized. I had to lead the interview. The manager appeared offended that I asked for a salary I would be comfortable with, even though it's much lower than Glassdoor's valuation of me. It's been about a month now, and guess what? I haven't heard anything. I emailed the manager asking if there were further questions with no response. The admin has also gone silent, and I have not been reimbursed for travel expenses as stated prior to flying out.

I applied online and received an invitation for a HR phone screening two weeks later. Unfortunately, the experience was unprofessional; the recruiter spent ten minutes questioning why I have two phone numbers. The call ended abruptly when they stated they are not providing sponsorship, which should have been clarified earlier in the process.
