first stage hiring manager interview, It is a 4 stage process, interview was conducted online via teams, next stage would have been engineering manager interview, then technical then final interview.

The process started with a call with Talent Acquisition, followed by a discussion with the Team Lead on my experience and familiarity with graph databases and related tech. I was then given a week for a take-home assignment in any tech stack, followed by a session to expand on the solution with live coding to add features. The final rounds were behavioral interviews with the Hiring Manager and the VP of HR. Overall, the interview process felt focused and purposeful. The team provided clarity around the day-to-day responsibilities and expectations, which was very helpful. Sam supported me as the talent acquisition partner throughout. My first application for a team did not move forward, but Sam kept in touch and later connected me to another opportunity. He also helped me understand what to expect in each interview round and was very quick in providing feedback. I felt encouraged and supported throughout.
