The interview went great up until the time I was asked about my high school experience. It was completely irrelevant to the position and an unnecessary question. Auto preface,due to child hood trauma, and many other factors my high school experience like many others was less than what would reflect someone who would fit this position. To preface, I am over qualified with a bachelors in business and more than 6 years of professional and corporate experience with upward success in my previous positions, but having to be blatantly honest about that question, hurt my chances (I actually heard first hand it did from a reference that works there) my recommendation, do away with that question.
