Twenty-minute interview by the Contract Administrator Supervisor who reviewed my resume and asked questions. There was only a single interview, (no interview from up the chain). Hiring process went quickly. Interviewer talked more than listened.

How do you handle conflict? What is your contracting experience? Do you have experience in franchising?" (If not, not a problem. Most applicants don't--they will teach you.) "Hopefully you are a bit OCD. Do you need hugs and kisses and pats on the back?" (Odd...)
