I applied for a part time leasing position at the Jefferson Ridge leasing office in January 2016. I submitted my application via email to the leasing office the day before the property manager began review of applications. I was contacted by phone the next day and we talked about the job in general and some of my work experience. I was asked what I hoped to make. We scheduled an in-person interview for a few days later. I think the property manager decided I was a good fit based off my resume and the phone interview because the in-person interview went as though the job was already mine.
