The whole process took quite a long time — they took several days to respond between each stage and often disappeared without updates. There was a lack of transparency throughout. For example, in another company’s process, they were upfront at the final stage and told me there was another strong candidate, so I wouldn’t get my hopes up. Here, they already started talking about a contract and gave the impression things were moving forward — and then disappeared for a week, only to come back with a rejection and no feedback. It felt unprofessional.
