I had an initial screening over zoom just to talk about the role and my experience with the CX manager. I was told they were building out a team as there is only a CX manager providing all the support at the moment.
A couple of days later I was invited to a second zoom interview where I had to do a live written test directly after navigating through a demo of their software. I was promised a follow up to let me know if I would be progressing to next steps or not.... but they never reached out and fully ghosted me instead. I found this to be deeply unprofessional as I provided two hours of my time and completed a live written test as well- at the very least send a rejection email. To be honest I don't think this company is stable at all so I may have dodged a bullet as they have hardly any clinics signed up to their service. I don't see how they could even afford to hire a new team with hardly any customers. If hiring needs perhaps changed they should have updated their candidates to not waste anyones time.
