applied online, got interview fallowing week. company located in a crappy neighbor hood, the owner/boss i guess, interview me in the shop, did not seem professional. After he saw my portfolio he said " Seems like you stay at this business very long..!" . I guess he just want to hire fresh hand and ripe them off...!

The interview consisted of a handful of questions regarding my personal skill level in generating ideas via sketches, shaping foam mock ups, 3D modeling and general presentation practices. I was able to bust out a tablet and walk the owner through a PDF version of my portfolio.
