Interview process was lengthy but fairly straightforward, and they do compensate you for your time which is nice. They gave me an offer and then rescinded it when I politely tried to negotiate the pay, which I thought was very unprofessional. Don't expect a salary that accurately reflects your experience. Seems like they'll offer entry-level pay regardless of your background or potential for growth in the company. Strikes me as a place that's looking to get the best deal rather than really invest in employees who can offer invaluable contributions.

The first interview went great, questions were easy and the interviewer was very easy to talk to. I was asked to complete a written assessment which I would be compensated for and attend a 2nd interview. The next interview went pretty bad and I could tell they weren't interested in the first 30 seconds. I received a rejection email the next week with no payment or explanation for when/how I should receive it. The assessment took me almost 3 hours, when you tell a prospective employee they will be paid for their work then you need to follow through.
