The process included an initial chat and a second call with the hiring manager and a senior recruiter. Applied for a recruiter role at Nebius and initially liaised with a recruiter named Bethany. After being sent a scheduling link, I responded promptly with my availability and then heard nothing back for weeks. I followed up multiple times by email and received no response or update at any stage. For a company hiring within talent acquisition, this level of communication reflects poorly on the candidate experience. Sending scheduling links and initiating interview conversations only to disappear without acknowledgment or closure is frustrating and unprofessional.
