I knew what the result would be in the end because I had also seen Glassdoor reviews(but it was little bit). Nevertheless, I appeared for the interview to experience the full process and so that I could inform other candidates that their total time is being wasted. They don't have a budget; whatever salary you ask for before the interview, they will agree to it. Overall, you+they have no idea based on what criteria they filter the candidates.
