Standard panel interview with behavioral questions. There seems to be a disconnect between upper management and the engineers and I got the vibe they only know buzzwords but not what they actually mean. For instance I was told their software developers are individually designing full systems from scratch every sprint which is certainly not true. The engineers and developers themselves seemed like they would be great people to work with though.

Entrevista
The interview was basically a screening call then an online interview. The interview was basically a personality interview a few interviewers asking questions regarding my past experience. There was no technical questions asked.
