I first had a 30-minute telephone interview with the HR manager Cari, which is one of the best telephone interviews I have had. I then interviewed in person with the quality manager for about 30 minutes. While I knew leaving the in person interview I would not likely be selected, the entire process was positive. Cari even called to let me know I was not selected, which was another nice personal touch. I love the company's start up story, values, and culture and would love to be considered for future positions that are a better match for my background.
