My first round interview was fairly quick and easy, the HR rep was wonderful to talk to and really gave me a positive impression of the company. The next round included a fairly in-depth technical assignment that did require some hours to complete. My second round interview was with the Marketing Manager and another marketing team member who were both friendly and passionate about the company. I ended up being to over-qualified for what they were looking for.
