Entrevista
The interview went in four stages. First I've got a call from a recruiting specialist and we've had a basic talk regarding my skills and expectations. I've got some details about company, position and a team.
Next step was a technical interview where I've been meeting team lead and one of the lead engineers. During this step we've had a deep technical discussion. I've been asked a lot of questions regarding my qualifications. Aside of technical part we've had a nice discussion regarding handling different situations on operations side and development methodologies. In the end I've got a chance to ask questions and get more details about the project and the way team works from the technical side.
As a third step I've been asked to complete a small test task. I've been given about one week to complete it and I believe this task had a great balance between touching different areas of my technical skills and not consuming too much time.
As a last step I've been again invited to the company office where I've had a chance to meet most of the team members. We had a chance to ask different technical and non-technical questions to each other. This interview lasted for almost two hours but it didn't feel like a long one. I really enjoyed a format and everyone was open and friendly.
One more thing I want to admit is the work of recruiters. After each step I was getting a detailed feedback and all needed information about possible next steps.
