Apply on line, they called and then I went in for interview. Completed the First Interview and got called back for a 2nd Interview. They called and made an offer.
Meeting was held in a conference room with 2 higher level supervisors. Both sides asked questions related to the job, duties and culture. After a few days a call back was received with a job offer including details.

I had about 4 informal calls from executives that were very casual over the phone, followed by one formal zoom call with a managers from each sector they had. The process was not difficult at all and everyone made sure to emphasize the need for being yourself instead of focus on the company itself.
