They contacted me through a mutual friend who had gone through their interview process before (pyramid-style recruiting), but I found the interview process, while concise and well organized, to be very impersonal. They asked few specific questions about me, and I didn't get a good grasp on what drew me to them as an employer or what drew them to me as a potential employee. Very nice and put-together company, but I also wasn't a fan of how they went about recruiting since they requested you fill out a call-sheet of 5 names and phone numbers.
