Interview was mostly behavioral. Had a couple of rounds and then negotiated on the salary with the HR. Most questions were situation based and based on past work experiences picked straight from the resume.

Entrevista
the interview and hiring process consisted of two interviews with their chief hr manager for the IT department of their columbus branch of Nationwide. It was a very standard interview except for the fact that it was a phone interview and had been rescheduled because of a snowstorm. The interview was very generic and I think it was a good experience of what to expect for interviewing in general.
