Was contacted by email to setup phone interview. Conducted phone interview, then the recruiter went on to setup a face to face interview with a manager of that dept. A week later got a call back from the recruiter wanting to setup a second interview with the AVP. Went to that interview, gave the front desk security the name of the interviewer that I was emailed they tried contacting him over and over and gotten no response. They also tried contacting the previous manager I interviewed with and again, nothing. I waited in the lobby for at least 2 hours just for someone to come back and say they forgot to inform me 2 days prior to my interview that they they changed the person who I would've interviewed with to another AVP. Finally got into that interview went very good. He stated that the manager spoke highly of me and that the AVP himself would like for me to join his dept and he will let the recruiter know. Well, gotta call back a week later saying that thry didn't want me basically. For whatever reason both managers said yes the wanted to bring me onto their team only to get a call back saying well no. Not sure why. But it was horrible experience the waiting for 2hrs because of lack of communication and the fact I was told yes by the interviewers but still didn't get the job.
