the interview went really well. the only problem is that they told me to make it to the second round and then completely never got back to me and I've emailed them and still not answer 3-4 weeks later

The interview was straightforward, formal, and fair. However, following the interview I was never contacted to alert me that I had not gotten the job. Upon follow-up I was told that their program had been cut.
