The interview was conducted via Skype, a first for me but it was ok after we got going. They asked me questions relative to the task they were looking for help with. Being a teacher before having children I used to design teaching modules for home assignments so this was perfect for me. I had to learn the system and material but that came across during the interview, my prowess in this type of training.
