Phone screening; in person interview shortly after that. Interviewed with 7 people over 6 hours in 45 increments each. Interview was tough, however, I asked very good questions and answered anything they needed to know. I walked out of the interview feeling good and perhaps I would get an offer. This was back in February 2020 and to this day I still haven't heard anything. To get "ghosted" and never hear anything back was hugely disappointing. I heard it was one of the best companies to work for in VT. I find this hard to believe, as if they can not even let an candidate know they did or didn't get the job, after all the work the candidate put in, I am highly doubtful of this. Again, very disappointing.
