Received a call from NIS about a week and half after applying online for the position. The interview was fairly short and was not difficult. Following the interview the recruiter said they would get back to me soon. Almost two weeks later I finally received a call again with a request for me to come in for an interview. I ended up going in for the interview and was interviewed by three people. All three people gave me a brief overview of the company, and then asked me about why I was interested in the company, and why I thought I would be a good fit there etc. I personally thought the interview went very well, and was feeling quite confident. I left with them telling me they would be in touch. I never received a call or even a thank you email from this company. It is no wonder they said they are having trouble hiring people for this role. If you're the type of person whose time is valuable to ones-self then I would strongly urge you to avoid this company and look somewhere else. NIS will string you along for weeks and drop you without any regard, how rude!!
