Met the recruiters from NI at my college's Career Fair where I handed them a resume. Received a call the next afternoon to schedule an interview. The interview was split into two sections, behavioral and technical. Behavioral was very standard. Technical required some brushing up before hand. Recruiter was helpful in hinting if you get stuck.
